This Movie is Based on the True story of South Korea’s most notorious serial-killer. In 1986, in the small Gyunggi province, in South Korea, a series of young and beautiful women are found dead, raped and tied up - and gagged with their underwear.
Detective Park Doo-Man and Detective Cho Yong-Koo , two brutal (and stupid) local detectives without any real technique, investigate the murders using brutality and torturing the suspects, but without any practical result. Detective Seo Tae-Yoon from Seoul comes to the province to help with the investigations and is convinced that a serial-killer is murdering these women.
When a new woman is found brutally raped and murdered in the same way, the detectives find leads that might point them to the serial-killer.
